changes. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy

What
information do we collect?
When
you visit our website we may collect the following information:
Personal
Data:
We
receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For
example, through the registration process and/or through your account
settings, we may collect Personal Information such as your name,
email address, phone number, credit card number and third-party
account credentials (for example, your log-in credentials for Twitter
or other third party sites). If you provide your third-party account
credentials to us or otherwise sign in to the Services through a
third party site or service, you understand some content and/or
information in those accounts (“Third Party Account Information”)
may be transmitted into your account with us, and that Third Party
Account Information transmitted to our Services is covered by this
Privacy Policy; for example, Twitter or Tumblr. Certain information
may be required to register with us or to take advantage of some of
our features.
We
may communicate with you if you have provided us the means to do so.
For example, if you have given us your email address, we may send you
promotional email offers on behalf of other businesses, or email you
about your use of the Services. Also, we may receive a confirmation
when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us make our
communications with you more interesting and improve our services. If
you do not want to receive communications from us, please indicate
your preference by changing your settings. Information Collected
Automatically:
Whenever
you interact with our Services, we automatically receive and record
information on our server logs from your browser or device, which may
include your IP address, device identification, “cookie”
information, the type of browser and/or device you’re using to
access our Services, and the page or feature you requested. You may
be familiar with the term "cookies". A cookie is a very
small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique
identifier and stores information on your computer. When you visit a
website, that site's computer asks your computer for permission to
store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated
for cookies. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if
your browser's preferences allow it, but in order to protect your
privacy, your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it
has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.
Find out more about the use of cookies on www.cookiecentral.com
We
use cookies for tracking transactions and the user characteristics
explained in detail throughout this Privacy Policy. We use cookies
to:
-
Remember you when you visit this website to keep track of your
browsing patterns and to build up a profile of how you and other
users use the website. - Make our website work as efficiently as
possible. - Facilitate transactions and administer services to you
and to our partners.
If
you choose, there are utilities available for purchase from
independent software providers to install on your computer as well as
tools/preferences you can choose through most web browsers to make
website visits anonymous, but this may prevent you from taking
advantage of some of our features.
We
may also add third party cookies. Cookies contain anonymous,
segmented data about a user’s demographics (like age, gender, and
location), interests, lifestyle, household details, social media
memberships, and online influences. The data in the cookies does not
contain individual-level information, but rather general audience
segments.
We also collect information through our web
server applications. This information includes your Internet Protocol
or IP address, date/time stamp, browser type, and referring
URL.
Additionally, we may use pixel tracking technology
to track the completion of transactions with us or our advertisers,
the source information for those transactions, and your IP address,
date/time stamp, browser type, and referring URL.
Our
advertising partners may also transmit cookies to your browser or
device, when you click on ads that appear on the Services. Also, if
you click on a link to a third party website or service, such third
party may also transmit cookies to you. Again, this Privacy Policy
does not cover the use of cookies by any third parties, and we are
not responsible for their privacy policies and practices.
When
we collect the usage information described above, we only use this
data in aggregate form, and not in a manner that would identify you
personally. For example, this aggregate data can tell us how often
users use a particular feature of the Services, and we can use that
knowledge to make the Services interesting to as many users as
possible.
Third
Party Personal Data:
We
also collect personal data from you, the user, about certain third
party individuals, including but not limited to your clients. We use
this personal data that we collect from you in order to provide and
improve our services, facilitate communication between you and such
third parties, and as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy and
in our Terms of Service. You warrant to EZPOS2U that any personal
data you provide us about any third party individuals was obtained by
you with full consent from such third party, and that such third
party has not communicated to you that they wish to opt out of
receiving communication from EZPOS2U.
How
can you access and correct your personal information?
Through
your account settings or by contacting us, you may access, and, in
some cases, edit or delete the following information you’ve
provided to us:
•
name and password • email address • location • user profile
information, including audio and/or videos you have uploaded to the
site

information you can view, update, and delete may change as the
Services change.
Should you have any queries about any
Personal Data which we hold about you, you may submit a request to us
by sending an email to support@ezpos2u.com and we shall endeavour to
respond to any such request as soon as we are able.

residents are entitled to ask us for a notice identifying the
categories of Personal Information which we share with our affiliates
and/or third parties for marketing purposes, and providing contact
information for such affiliates and/or third parties. If you are a
Malaysian resident and would like a copy of this notice, please
submit a written request to: support@ezpos2u.com
Use
of Personal Data:
EZPOS2U
uses the personal data you provide in a manner that is consistent
with this Privacy Policy or with any applicable service-specific
agreement. If you provide personal data for a certain reason, we may
use the personal data in connection with the reason for which it was
provided. For instance, we will use the personal data you input
during the registration process to administer access to the Website.
We may also use the client information you submit to send such
clients emails or SMS messages when you take action via the Website
to input them or at your direction via the Website. We may also
contact your clients to tell them about products and services that
you and other EZPOS2U professionals may offer and to further promote
your business and the Service. We will give your clients the
opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from EZPOS2U.
EZPOS2U and its affiliates also use your and your clients' personal
data and other personally non-identifiable information collected
through the Website to help us improve the content and functionality
of the Website, to better understand the users of our Website, and to
improve our services.
Information
that is no longer personally identifiable: We may anonymize your
Personal Information so that you are not individually identified, and
provide that information to our partners.
Aggregated
Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand our users,
we might analyze the personal data that is provided to the Website in
aggregate form. This aggregate information does not identify you or
your clients personally. We may share this aggregate data with our
affiliates, agents and business partners. We may also disclose
aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to
current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties
for other lawful purposes.
Advertisers: We allow
advertisers and/or merchant partners (collectively, “Advertisers”)
to choose the demographic information of users who will see their
advertisements and/or promotional offers and you agree that we may
provide any of the information we have collected from you in
non-personally identifiable form to an Advertiser, in order for that
Advertiser to select the appropriate audience for those
advertisements and/or offers. For example, we might use the fact you
are located in Malacca to show you ads or offers for Malacca
businesses, but we will not tell such businesses who you are. Note
that if an advertiser asks us to show an ad to a certain audience or
audience segment and you respond to that ad, the advertiser may
conclude that you fit the description of the audience they were
trying to reach.
We
may deliver a file to you through the Services (known as a “web
beacon”) from an ad network. Web beacons allow ad networks to
provide anonymized, aggregated auditing, research and reporting for
us and for advertisers. Web beacons also enable ad networks to serve
targeted advertisements to you when you visit other websites. Because
your web browser must request these advertisements and web beacons
from the ad network’s servers, these companies can view, edit, or
set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a web page from
their site. You may be able to opt-out of web beacon tracking by
adjusting the settings on your browser.

Businesses: In certain situations, businesses or third party websites

you through or in connection with the Services (either alone or
jointly with us). . We may share information we collect, including
personal information, with EZPOS2U-owned or affiliated businesses.
Sharing information with our affiliates enables us to provide you
with information about a variety of products and services that might
interest you. All EZPOS2U companies comply with applicable privacy
and security laws and, at a minimum, in any commercial e-mail they
send to you, will give you the opportunity to choose not to receive
such e-mail messages in the future. You can recognize when an
affiliated business is associated with such a transaction or service,
and we will share your Personal Information with that affiliated
business only to the extent that it is related to such transaction or
service.
Agents: We employ other companies and people to
perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with
them to provide products or services to you. Our authorized service
providers are companies that perform certain services on our behalf.
These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card
payments, delivering packages, providing customer service and
marketing assistance, performing business and sales analyses,
supporting the Website functionality, and supporting contests,
sweepstakes, surveys and other features we offer. These service
providers may have access to your clients' or your personal
information to the extent necessary to perform their functions, but
we do not allow them to share or use any of your personal information
for any other purpose. We may share your clients or your personal
information with the merchants offering the products, services,
promotions, contests and/or sweepstakes. We won't share your personal
information with these businesses unless you choose to participate in
their offer or program. When you choose to engage in a particular
offer or program, you authorize us to share your email address and
other information with the relevant merchant.
User
Profiles and Submissions: Certain user profile information, including
your name, location, and any video or image content that such user
has uploaded to the Services, may be displayed to other users to
facilitate user interaction within the Services or address your
request for our services. Your account privacy settings may allow you
to limit the other users who can see the Personal Information in your
user profile and/or what information in your user profile is visible
to others. Please remember that any content you upload to your public
user profile, along with any Personal Information or content that you
voluntarily disclose online in a manner other users can view (on
comments, in messages and chat areas, etc.) becomes publicly
available, and can be collected and used by anyone. Your user name
may also be displayed to other users if and when you send messages or
comments or upload audio or videos through the Services and other
users can contact you through messages and comments.
Business
Transfers: We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of
transactions, customer information is typically one of the business
assets that would be transferred. Also, if we (or our assets) are
acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go
through some other change of control, Personal Information could be
one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.
Protection
of EZPOS2U and Others: We reserve the right to access, read,
preserve, and disclose any information that we believe is necessary
to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our Terms of Use
and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of
our Company, our employees, our users, or others.
Customer
Credit Card Information: EZPOS2U uses a third party to keep a
protected copy of your credit card number. This billing data belongs
to you and by utilizing the Service, you grant EZPOS2U a license to
use this data to bill you for services rendered.
Other
Situations: We also may disclose your clients' or your information in
response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court
order, or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement or other
government agency; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to
defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such
cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available
to us.

Party Web Websites:

Privacy Policy applies only to this Website and not to any
third-party sites.

We
take precautions to ensure the security of your clients' and your
personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that hackers or
unauthorized personnel will not gain access to your personal
information despite our efforts. You should note that in using the
Website and our related services, this information will travel
through third party infrastructures which are not under our control.
We cannot protect, nor does this Privacy Policy apply to, any
information that you transmit to other users of the Website. You
should never transmit personal or identifying information to other
users.
Opt-Out
Policy:
If,
at any time after registering, you change your mind about receiving
information from us or about the use of information volunteered by
you, please send us a request specifying your new choice. Please
contact us as specified above. You can always opt not to disclose
information to us, but keep in mind some information may be needed to
register with us or to take advantage of some of our features.
You
may be able to add, update, or delete information as explained above.
When you update information, however, we may maintain a copy of the
unrevised information in our records. You may request deletion of
your account through your account manager or by emailing
support@ezpos2u.com. Some information may remain in our records after
your deletion of such information from your account. We may use any
aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal
